Company Policies

     Doggie Treats Mobile Grooming is available by appointment only.  Before we groom your pet, you must fill out the appropriate form(s). Please click on the "Forms" link below to view sample form. We will bring a form to the first grooming appointment for you to fill out or you may print from the website, at your convenience.  

Cancellation Policy:
     Please call us within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid the missed appointment fee. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment. 
     If cancellation is made in less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25 per pet for the missed appointment. We cannot reschedule a new appointment until the missed appointment fee is paid in full.
     Our time is valuable. Keep in mind that we are holding your appointment time slot especially for you and we will not be able to refill your time slot if less than 24 hours notice, therefore, you will be charged $25 per pet. Mobile grooming is a convenience for you and your pet, we appreciate your consideration in that matter.
    
No-Show Policy:
     In the event that we arrive at your home for your appointment and you are not available and you did not cancel within the 24 hour time-frame, an invoice for the missed appointment fee will be left at your door. Again, our time is as valuable as yours, please respect our scheduling procedure and cancellation policy.

Vaccinations:
For the safety of your pet and your groomer, all required vaccinations must be up-to-date. You must furnish the proper documentation upon arrival.  If you are unable to furnish the proper paperwork for proof of vaccinations, such as rabies, distemper...etc, you agree to give us permission to immediately call the veterinarian to verify that all vaccinations are current. Failure to do so will give us the right to refuse your pet for grooming.

For your pet's safety and comfort, we will not de-matt any pet. De-matting is painful, uncomfortable and unnecessary. In cases of severe matting, a shave-down will be recommended and performed, if possible.

Grooming Matted Pets:

Fleas/Parasites/Skin Conditions:
If your pet is infested with fleas or any other parasite, we cannot accept your pet for grooming. We can not and will not contaminate our vehicle. It is unhealthy and unfair for the groomer as well as the other pets that will be groomed after yours whom do not have fleas or other parasites. 
There are many products on the market to control and/or kill fleas and parasites, therefore, there is no excuse for infested pets. We carry and offer Frontline Plus for your convenience.
If your pet has any skin condition, (other than allergies or other non-contagious condtion), we cannot accept your pet for grooming.
