1. Please allow your pet to relieve himself/herself before your appointment time. Some pets may be nervous, anxious, or excited  when we arrive which may stimulate their system, causing accidents. We are groomers... not pooper scoopers. Do you poop on 'your' hairdresser?   Didn't think so.  You will be charged a cleaning and disposal fee of $10 per accident.

2. Please have your pets collar and leash ready before we arrive. You are the one that books the appointment, you are the one that knows exactly what time we are coming.... We don't have time to "wait" for you to locate these items. The longer you take, the later we will be to our next appointment. It is unfair to the other clients who actually do have their pet ready & are waiting for us to arrive on time. Put yourself in their shoes....how long would want to wait because of the previous customer being unprepared?

3. Please make sure your pet has updated vaccinations. If you do not have the veterinary paperwork handy, we will accept valid tags on their collar.

4. Please be honest with us over the phone. If you pet is matted, has fleas, bites... etc., kindly tell us in advance. We will find out sooner or later and you will be charged an additional fee for additional services.
